Shipping policy

Packaging

  • Shipped in discrete packaging without visible logotypes or branding.

 

Carriers

  • Shipped with Sweden's national postal service, Postnord.
  • I can not predict which local carrier, handling type or pickup location the package will end up with.
  • Packages typically arrive in 1-2 weeks, but it can vary and is outside my control.
  • Tracking # from Postnord is provided. That can be used to identify further tracking IDs at local carriers. 

 

Shipping issues

  • General: shipping details are outside my control. I may be able to assist, but fundamentally most responsibility is at Postnord or the local carrier in your location.
  • Damaged packages: please verify the package condition. If damaged and possible, recommendation is to let the carrier return it to sender.
  • Lost packages: Contact your local carrier (typically identifiable via the tracking # provided). Contact me if unable to locate.
  • Non-pickups/return-to-senders: Contact me. Additional attempts will incur additional shipping fees.
