Disclaimer: suitworks is one person's side project. May not always be the quickest or perfect in dealing with unforeseen events, but working on it. Better return policy to be written.

 

Basics

•  30 day, option 1:  no-questions-asked returns allowed on pre-made products. Customer pays for return shipping. Initial shipping costs not refunded.
• 30 days, option 2: Defective wares or significant deviation from expectations (contact me please), I pay for return shipping. Initial shipping costs refunded.
• Custom made product: no returns accepted.
